Your orders will not be sent with Plant Health Assurance Certificates (PHAC), but will still be packaged to our high standards.

Due to recent biosecurity restrictions related to the Tomato Potato Psyllid (TPP) outbreak in Victoria, we have implemented new inspection and packaging protocols to comply with our PS-59 Accreditation. While our weekly mailing schedule will remain the same, order cut-off for these regions is now Wednesday 9pm (Melbourne time) for post the following Monday.

All orders will be accompanied with Plant Health Assurance Certificates (PHAC), as well as be registered with the receiving state's Biosecurity agency.

Due to recent biosecurity restrictions related to the Tomato Potato Psyllid (TPP) outbreak in Victoria, we have temporarily adjusted our Qld shipping schedule to comply with our PS-57 Accreditation. Current regulations require that all plant material leaving Victoria undergo treatment with specific chemical controls. These treatments involve the use of substances that are classified as hazardous and present significant health risks if not managed under strict conditions.

To prioritise the safety of ourselves, our plants and our customers and to mitigate the elevated costs associated with mandatory TPP treatment protocols, we will be dispatching shipments to Queensland on a fortnightly basis only. Order cut-off for Queensland is Thursday 9pm (Melbourne time) the week prior to scheduled dispatch. You can view the Queensland shipping schedule HERE. This schedule allows us to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure plant health while reducing unnecessary exposure to high risk chemicals.

For those in quarantine states, we are able to send your plants via your nominated Concierge Service. Whilst we are an accredited concierge service for plants being sent from Victoria to Qld, NSW, ACT & SA, we are not accredited for the rest of the country. If you are in a quarantine state, please contact us via email at habitplantcollective@gmail.com and advise us that you would like to place an order. All orders must be processed via the website, but you will need to add the shipping address as that of your nominated Concierge Service in a non-quarantine state, or have a pre-standing agreement with your state’s Biosecurity Agency/DPI.
