Orders placed by Sunday are dispatched Monday - Wednesday each week. You can also opt to collect your order from one of our upcoming market dates by adding ‘MARKETPU’ in the discount code box, removing the postage charges. Please check our upcoming market days HERE, and ensure that you can attend one of these prior to selecting pick up.

Your orders will not be sent with Plant Health Assurance Certificates (PHAC), but will still be packaged to our high standards.

We also offer a Concierge Service for those wishing to send plants interstate to other collectors or to approved Quarantine State Concierge Services. You can find out more HERE.

Due to recent biosecurity restrictions related to Tomato Potato Psyllid (TPP) being identified in Victoria, we have implemented new inspection and packaging protocols to comply with our PS-59 Accreditation. While our weekly mailing schedule will remain the same, order cut-off for these regions is now Wednesday 9pm (Melbourne time) for post the following Monday-Wednesday (excluding public holidays).

For those in quarantine states, we are able to send your plants via your nominated Concierge Service. Whilst we are an accredited concierge service for plants being sent from Victoria to NSW, ACT & SA, we are not accredited for the rest of the country. If you are in a quarantine state, please contact us via email at habitplantcollective@gmail.com and advise us that you would like to place an order. All orders must be processed via the website, but you will need to add the shipping address as that of your nominated Concierge Service in a non-quarantine state, or have a pre-standing agreement with your state’s Biosecurity Agency/DPI.

There are two Quarantine Concierges in Australia, both in Queensland - in order for us to send plants to them for processing, please note that you will be required to pay for our Concierge services, in addition to theirs. The two fully accredited businesses are Uprooted Plants and Rare Plants.

For WA customers, please ensure that that your chosen concierge is accredited to send to you - contact them directly prior to contacting us.

We strongly recommend that you make your first point of contact be the Department of Primary Industries (or equivalent) in your State to confirm biosecurity regulations ahead of contacting us or a Quarantine Concierge.

HABIT offers a concierge service for plants from third party sellers - hobbyist or B2B - leaving Victoria for non-quarantine states (ie. QLD, NSW, ACT, SA). You can read all about it HERE.
