Begonia heracleifolia

The 'star begonia', a species native to Mexico and northern Central America. Can grow quite large with dark green leaves reaching up to 30cm across. The most wonderful part of growing this species is the variation in markings from leaf to leaf. May be grown in a tent while juvenile, or hardened off to ambient conditions as it matures.
